Additional Plan Descriptions Below

  • We are looking to create a new bathroom building that meets current ADA requirements. This facility will include baby changing stations. This building will be created with LEED certification principles in mind.

The old bathroom building will be repurposed in the future (not under this proposal) to become an area for seasonal staff or an office space.

  • The Hopewell Quarry is long overdue for capital repairs to our septic and well systems. Updating these will reduce plastic waste and operation costs.

  • A new well allows for the return of a water bottle refill station. This reduces our environmental impact and allows visitors access to a clean, potable water source on-site.

  • An extended railing entry will be built at the entrance of the Quarry waters to improve upon safety and accessibility of our swimming hole.
